The minimum requirements for operating systems are as follows:

• Windows® 2000

The minimum requirements for browsers are as follows:

Microsoft® Internet Explorer

Important: For optimal performance, use the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher.

Netscape® Navigator

• Netscape version 7.0 or higher.

Adobe® Reader®

Note: Adobe Reader may be required for some documents. If it is required, you will see the Adobe Reader icon on the Home page after you log in.

You must have Adobe Reader, version 6.0.2 or higher installed on your computer. To find out what version of Adobe Reader is installed on your computer, open your current version of Adobe Reader and choose Help About Acrobat Reader.

Installing Adobe Reader

To install the latest version of Adobe Reader, do the following.

1. Click Get Adobe Reader and follow the instructions on the Adobe web site.

2. After the download is complete, close the Adobe web site and return to this site.
